Tony TP#1

I met my TP Hunwoo Lee at Tea Time before TEFL class. He's a pretty nice guy, quiet and when prompted told us he loves to play soccer and as a junior in college, he is here to increase his ability to get a good job post graduation.

Shortly after meeting him Chris (from TEFL) came and sat down with us and we began a trifecta of conversation about Korean TV shows, , bands and foods. Foods struck a savory note on all our heartstrings and Chris regaled us with tales of Korean beef from this restaurant he'd eaten at not long ago. It was on Tennessee and i felt that going after TEFL would give us plenty of time to get to know each other. So we all went, Chris and I learned from Hunwoo and the cashier/owner the cultural significances and occasions that accompanied each dish.

I'm unsure as to whether or not this session counts as tutoring...but the beef was delicious.

  2. This doesn't sound like a tutoring session, but I'm glad you enjoyed your conversation and meal.
